I'm Allison Wiers and welcome to She's Becoming!
I’m a certified Biblical Life coach, blogger, connector of people and resources and lifelong learner. I love to find delight in each day. Some of my favorite “delights” are good food, well-crafted words, a real conversation and laughing hard.
That God created us with a special purpose that is unique to our lives.
When He designed us, He gave us the gifts + talents + personality that would fit our specific job description.
It’s all there already…we just need to discover, dig, find the treasure that you may have been covering up or hiding from all this time.
The best part of our lives is still in front of us…we are just hitting our stride.
I am passionate about leading you into the truth of who God is, who He made you to be and where you go from there. The fact that most women don’t know that they have worth and value and how to live in that truth is the driving force behind my mission.
I write for and work with women who find themselves in midlife longing for more, searching for who she really is or just how to be the best she can be right here in the middle. Does that sentence hint at a midlife crisis? Before you roll your eyes and close this page know that all your struggling and longing in midlife is NORMAL and it doesn’t have to end badly. We are not required to float through this part of our life numb and without struggle and we also don’t need to come completely unhinged as in the classic midlife crisis scenario. There is a lot of space in the middle and we can navigate it beautifully with grace and strength so that we find ourselves in the end living the life we always wanted as the best version of ourselves.
Where do you go to learn how to do the middle well? You come to She’s Becoming.
She’s = She Is = This is a process – YOU are a work in progress. By the time we are closing in on 40 we have come a long way but we still have much to go. We are in the middle and things are just starting to get good. I cannot wait to explore the middle with YOU!
Becoming = noun 3. any process of change. 4. any change involving realization of potentialities, as a movement from the lower level of potentiality to the higher level of actuality.
I cannot wait to explore the middle with YOU! My hope is that this website will become a community where conversation thrives, support is abundant and we all go out from here a little bit better. I’m anxious to help you discover yourself and navigate midlife as you read my blog or we get the opportunity to work one on one in a coaching relationship.
