Coaching

Could you use a moment to take a few deep breaths?
Would time to clear your head and just be you for a while feel good?
How about a life that is an authentic reflection of who God made you to be;
done intentionally; with purpose and meaning;
lived fully so that you can look back in your later years without regret?

ToO Good To Be True?

It might sound too good to be true, but it’s not. You just need the help of a caring, competent coach to get there. This season in the middle of your life can be particularly challenging. You probably feel that you should have everything figured out by now. However, research shows that most of us take some time at this point in our lives to reassess how we are living, working and relating to our friends, family and the world outside our door. Often times the term midlife crisis is used to describe this period of searching that occurs somewhere between our mid-thirties and age fifty. I prefer to call it a midlife growth spurt. Instead of a crisis, this phase of your adult life can be seen as an opportunity to spend some time in self-reflection and prayer and then planning and action to really make your life all God has designed it to be.

Specific Areas

Coaching around a few areas may be particularly helpful:

Dreaming / Finding your Passion and Purpose
Life Balance
Career Coaching to either advance or transition
Transition coaching related to major life changes such as divorce, job loss, children leaving home and many more

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” -Marianne Williamson

Hope

There is hope for the frazzled mama who feels stuck on the hamster wheel day after day….
The closet dreamer who can’t bear to share her desires for fear of rejection or being thought idealistic and silly….
For the driven woman who is passionate about working her way to the top but she’s just not sure she’s climbing the right ladder….
Or the gal who is having her spiritual eyes opened by God and is overwhelmed by all He is doing in her heart and life and struggling to make sense of it….

My Suggestion

So here’s my suggestion: let’s partner together to throw the door of your heart wide open and go to work. We will mine for passions, giftedness, and talents like the precious gems that they are. Together we will learn about the heart God implanted in you to fulfill His purposes. That knowledge intersected with other tidbits we find along the way will point us down a path that will bring fulfillment you may not have ever experienced before. Finding the path isn’t the end of the story however. You may want some help getting to your destination and the options are as limitless as the creativity of God. I can’t wait to see where He’s taking you and then work to plan steps to get you there. You don’t have to figure this out alone. We were meant to journey with others and I would count it an incredible joy and privilege to walk with you.
